Logger Swim Camps
August 11-15, 2025
Technique Camp
This camp is geared towards swimmers ages 9-18 with the goals of perfecting stroke mechanics and increasing overall knowledge of the sport. Campers will receive instruction on each of the four major strokes and work on the skill aspects (starts, turns, finishes) of each. Daily videos and lectures will supplement the drill instruction to enhance the athletes’ knowledge of key parts of swimming such as nutrition, goal setting, stretching, and race preparation.
Intensive Camp
This camp, for those ages 13-18, is designed for the highly competitive swimmer that wants a combination of technique/lectures and also at least one good workout a day. These campers will have a two hour workout built into the format of the camp to ensure a high level of physical fitness throughout the week. The lectures and videos of this camp are more focused on training the elite swimmer and how to develop an athlete to compete at the highest levels.
